Problem
Managed-security customers need a clearer relationship between the services they buy, the records they receive and the actions available in a client workspace.
Approach
The platform combines a public security experience with protected portal routes, company-scoped data, service and report views, administrative records and protection-plan intake.
Architecture
The source includes React and TypeScript routes, TanStack Query, Supabase-backed records, protected access, admin operations, validation, PDF/email paths and payment-webhook handling.
Challenges
The technical story needs to separate real record and integration paths from illustrative security, backup and dark-web figures that are not evidence of live telemetry ingestion.
Outcomes
The platform provides a strong basis for a focused case study around company-scoped records, protection-plan intake and the connected portal flow. The walkthrough now demonstrates the current product experience while keeping live telemetry claims bounded.
